Data Controller (us):

Apollo Guesthouse, Lda which will provide the requested service to the user. Our identification and contacts are available on the website you used to make your reservation. They will also appear on our invoice that we will send you.

Responsible for Data Compliance:
Not applicable to the activities of the Data Controllers.

User:
The user, who filled in the booking form or any other documentation related to it.

Purpose:
The purpose of processing the data provided through this form is to manage the reservations made by the user and/or respond to the questions/requests you have placed with us.

Legal base:
– Either the need to perform our contract with you, the user / the need to take action at your request before entering into a contract.
– Or your consent, the user, by ticking the box accepting the Terms and Conditions of which this Privacy and Personal Data Policy is an integral part.

Duration:
We will keep the data provided by the user, for the time necessary to manage the reservation you have made, as well as the accommodation services you have requested. Once the management is complete, and unless expressly advised by you, your data will be stored securely on an external server based in the Netherlands.

Processor:
We hired our partner RoomRaccoonB.V. (www.roomraccoon.pt) to manage our business booking engine. RoomRaccoon acts under our authority and we have entered into a contract with RoomRaccoon to provide its services. We instruct RoomRaccoon in writing how the processing is to be carried out.

Different user data:
When the user provides us with personal data belonging to another person, he is responsible for such acts, as well as for obtaining the respective consent of said persons for the provision of their data.

Data transfer:
We will not transfer personal data to a third country outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

Rights of data subjects:
Data subjects can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending an email or using the postal service to the contact details on our reservation website and on our invoices.

Supervisory authority:
